Prices exclude VAT. The pilot is paid half at the start and half at go-live. Running an agent has a 3-month minimum, then is monthly. EU clients are quoted in euros.

What is a fair-use cap?
Each agent's monthly fee includes its AI, phone and message usage up to a level we set from your expected volume. If you regularly go over it, we move you up a tier. There are no per-minute or per-message lines on the invoice.
Is there a long contract?
No. The pilot is a fixed price. Running an agent has a 3-month minimum and is then monthly.
What else will we pay for?
Your own Claude plan for the office agent, paid to Anthropic directly (Claude Team seats start at about $25 a month per person). Everything else, including hosting and usage up to the cap, is in our fee.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes, across Europe. We quote UK clients in pounds and EU clients in euros.
