what we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, the agents you ticked and your message. Our server also records technical details needed to run the site securely, such as your IP address, for a short time.

why

To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before any contract.

what we don’t do

• We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
• This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party analytics.
• Fonts and scripts are served from our own server.

where it is kept, and for how long

On our own server in an EU data centre in Finland. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, unless you become a client, and delete them sooner if you ask.

your rights

You can ask for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them, by writing to us through the contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK or your local data protection authority in the EU.
