Site Radar builds independent property reports for Latvia from the state registers: cadastre, land register, transaction prices, auctions and planning. People ask about a specific property, often in the evening, in Latvian, Russian or English. A small team cannot answer every call.
what we built
Two agents on the same front desk. A WhatsApp agent on the official WhatsApp Business Platform answers messages in the language the person writes in. A voice agent answers the phone line with a natural voice. Both explain what Site Radar does, find out which property and what decision the person is facing, and promise a follow-up from the owner.
how it works
After every call, the conversation is summarised and a lead card lands on the owner's WhatsApp: the property, the question and the deadline. Both agents say they are AI assistants, never invent prices or register facts, and pass anything unusual to a person.
