what we built
Three agents working on the same project record. A takeoff agent measured the cladding areas straight from the 1.8 GB building model. An inbox and document agent classified 2,330 emailed documents and read 1,146 pages of scanned delivery notes. A payment applications agent assembled each month's application and day-work sheets with their evidence.
how it works
The takeoff was checked against a hand measure on one family of panels and came within 6%. Across the facade, it showed about a third more cladding area than the contract quantities allowed, a difference worth raising with the client.
what changed
Quantities, delivery records and applications now come from one evidence base instead of manual work. The client is not named here.
